HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 28 Supporting the application of                                         
Alaska Airlines to provide air service to Ronald Reagan Washington                                  
National Airport, was read the second time.                                                         
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                            
resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
