Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 28 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 28 Supporting the application of Alaska Airlines to provide air service to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: HJR 28 Third Reading - Final Passage YEAS: 19 NAYS: 1 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Cowdery, Davis, Donley, Ellis, Elton, Green, Halford, Hoffman, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Olson, Pearce, Phillips, Taylor, Therriault, Torgerson, Ward, Wilken Nays: Austerman 2001-04-30 Senate Journal Page 1379 and so, HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 28 passed the Senate, was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House.
